The "Double SP Processing Series" is a sweatshirt that faithfully reproduces the changes that occur over time, as if it had been worn for many years.
For this series, we spend twice as long as the regular SP processing, with our craftsmen carefully checking each product and adjusting the processing. Furthermore, we have carefully calculated distressed details to give it the realistic feel of a vintage sweatshirt.
SP processing is a technique that reproduces the fading process of direct dyes and sulfur dyes that were used on sweatshirts from the 1930s to the late 1960s.
Based on the natural principle that old clothes gradually decay through oxidation and hydrolysis, the dye is combined with oxygen, causing the color to fade slowly over time. This method reproduces the natural damage that occurs over time without using chemicals or excessive bio-processing.
The "Double SP Processing Series" further deepens the techniques of regular SP processing, resulting in a finish that is meticulous down to the smallest detail.
As a result, it has been updated to have a more vintage-like feel than ever before, and the more you wear it, the more you can enjoy the texture that makes it indistinguishable from real used clothing.
Furthermore, this season's 25AW model has fewer holes in the body compared to the previous model, improving the balance to make it easier to wear daily.

100% COTTON
The yarn used for the fleece is organic cotton "waste" grown at Alvarez Farm in New Mexico, USA. The yarn is characterized by its firmness and tension, and is knitted at the very tightest gauge to create a very stiff fleece.
The unbrushed fleece makes it easy to use all year round.
