About the point membership system
To make your shopping experience even more enjoyable, the REMI RELIEF online store has introduced a points membership system.
Rank up every month! Rank down only once a year (every March)!!
■About membership ranks
*After logging in, you can check your past history by clicking "Check points held" on your account page.
■ Points awarded
You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen of product purchase amount (tax included). (Round up to the nearest 10 yen)
*Points are not awarded for shipping fees, alteration fees, etc. *In the event of cancellation or return, the points will be invalid or deducted.
■ Timing of point award
The bonus will be automatically awarded once the product has been shipped and the shipping status has changed to "Delivery Completed."
Pre-ordered items will also be credited upon shipping.
*Points will not be awarded before shipping, so the expiration date of your points will not be extended.
Please note that the purchase amount for pre-ordered items will be reflected in the "cumulative purchase amount for membership rank determination," but since this is before points are awarded, it will not affect the extension of the expiration date.
■Point expiration date
Points are valid for one year from the date they were last awarded.
When new points are awarded, the expiration dates of all your points will be extended at once.
Points that have passed their expiration date will automatically expire and cannot be restored.
■ Using points
1 point = 1 yen and can be used for shopping at our store.
To use points, please enter the desired number of points on the cart page before checkout.
If you cancel an order that uses points, the points used will be refunded.
■ Membership Rank System
1. How the ranking is determined
Membership rank is determined based on the total purchase amount over the past 12 months.
Example: Rank from March 2025 → Total purchase amount from March 2024 to February 2025
2. Rank Up
The evaluation is carried out monthly.
If you meet the rank-up conditions with your purchases in a certain month, the point redemption rate for the new rank will be applied from the 1st of the following month.
3. Rank Down
Rank downgrades are determined only once a year in March.
Evaluation period: The evaluation will be based on the total purchase amount for the 12 months from March of the previous year to February of the current year.
4. New Rank Application Period
Rank up → From the 1st of the month following the month in which the conditions are met Rank down → From March 1st of each year

You can check your membership rank details by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

The point redemption rate increases depending on the rank
DIAMOND members will receive free shipping on every order.
Members-only SALE information (Event period varies depending on rank)
If you register your birthday, you will receive 2,000 points on your birthday.
* If your birthday is not registered, the bonus will not be awarded.
■About using points when using sale items or discount coupons
You can use your points on sale items. *Points cannot be used for orders such as purchasing 2 or more items to get an additional 10% off.
Discount coupons and points cannot be used together.
■Notes
Points allocation and terms of use, membership stage criteria, and expiration dates may change without notice.
In addition, points will not be adjusted upon return or cancellation, points cannot be transferred to third parties, and membership may be suspended if fraudulent use is confirmed.
