About the point membership system
To make your shopping experience even more rewarding, the REMI RELIEF online store has introduced a point-based membership system.
Rank up monthly! Rank down only once a year (every March)!
■ About Membership Ranks
*After logging in, you can check your past history in "Check Points Held" on your account page.
■ Point Issuance Eligibility
1 point will be awarded for every 100 yen (including tax) of the product purchase price. (Amounts less than 10 yen are rounded up.)
*Shipping fees, repair fees, etc., are not eligible for point issuance.
*When an order is canceled or returned, the corresponding points will be invalidated or deducted.
■ Timing of Point Issuance
Points are automatically issued when product shipment is completed and the delivery status becomes "Delivered."
For pre-order items, points are also issued at the time of shipment.
*Points are not issued before shipment, so the expiration date of your held points will not be extended.
Please note that while the purchase amount for pre-order items is reflected in the "cumulative purchase amount for member rank determination," it does not affect the extension of the expiration date as points have not yet been issued.
■ Point Expiration Date
Points are valid for one year from the last date points were issued.
When new points are issued, the expiration date of all held points will be extended together.
Points that have passed their expiration date will automatically expire and cannot be restored.
■ Point Usage
1 point can be used as 1 yen for purchases at this store.
To use points, please enter the desired number of points on the cart page before checkout.
If an order placed using points is canceled, the points used will be returned.
■ Member Rank System
1. How Ranks Are Determined
Member ranks are determined based on the "total purchase amount over the past 12 months."
Example: Rank from March 2025 → Total purchase amount from March 2024 to February 2025
2. Rank Up
Determinations are made monthly.
If the rank-up conditions are met through purchases in a given month, the new rank's point還元率 (point redemption rate) will be applied from the 1st of the following month.
3. Rank Down
Rank downs are determined only once a year, every March.
Determination period: Based on the total purchase amount for the 12 months from "March of the previous year to February of the current year."
4. New Rank Application Period
Rank Up → From the 1st of the month following the month in which conditions are met
Rank Down → From March 1st of every year

You can check this in "Member Rank Details" from the icon at the bottom of the page.
■ Member Benefits
Point redemption rate increases according to rank
Shipping is free for DIAMOND members for every purchase.
Information on member-exclusive sales (timing varies by rank).
If you register your birthday, 2,000 points will be awarded on your birthday.
*If your birthday is not registered, the benefit will not be awarded.
■ Using Points with Sale Items or Discount Coupons
Held points can be used for sale items. *Points cannot be used for orders such as "Buy 2 or more and get an additional 10% OFF."
Discount coupons and held points cannot be used together.
■ Notes
Point issuance/usage conditions, membership stage criteria, and expiration dates may be changed without prior notice.
Additionally, point adjustments for returns/cancellations, non-transferability to third parties, and suspension of membership if fraudulent use is confirmed may occur.
