・About pre-order items / PRE ORDER

Q: I have forgotten when my reserved item will arrive. Can I check?
A: Yes, please log in to the store and check under "Orders" on your My Page.

Q: When is payment required for pre-orders?
A: Generally, payment for pre-order items is completed at the time of purchase. However, the timing of payment may differ depending on the payment method.

  • When paying by credit card: Payment will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Other payment methods: For details, please check the instructions displayed when using the service.

In addition, pre-ordered items take some time to be delivered, so please check the estimated shipping date listed on the pre-order item page.

Q: I have ordered pre-order items and regular stock items that have different delivery deadlines. Can you send the item with the earlier delivery date first?
A: Yes, it is possible. Additional shipping fees will be charged, so please contact us via CONTACT and include your order number.

Q: Can I combine orders?
A: Sorry, but currently Each order will be shipped separately. If you place multiple orders, each order will be shipped separately.

Q: How do I purchase products ?
A: Select the desired size and color on the product page, click "Add to Cart", and then click "Checkout".

Q: Is gift wrapping available?
A: We currently do not offer gift wrapping services, but we are considering adding this in the future.

・About delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Normally, we ship within 2-3 business days after your order (excluding weekends and holidays). However, for pre-order items, the shipping schedule is based on the schedule listed on the product page.

Q: Can I specify a delivery company or delivery date?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery companies or delivery times. (Only Yamato Transport)

Q: Can I ship overseas?
A: Yes, we ship internationally, except for some regions. Please select your country on the checkout page. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight.

・Returns and exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange products?
A: In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For details, please see our Return and Exchange Policy .

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective product?
A: We are very sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. (Even if the product is defective, we may refuse to accept returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since the product was received.)
